Terms of Service

01The Service

StaxHubs analyzes brand materials you provide and generates a structured, machine-readable brand specification and related content and assets (“Outputs”). Features may change over time.

02Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

03Plans, Payments, and Refunds

• The Service offers a free brand snapshot and a recurring subscription that unlocks the full brand analysis and living features, at the prices shown at purchase (currently $79/month, or $199 for the first 3 months and $79/month thereafter).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. [Adjust this to your actual refund policy.]
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

04Your Content and License

• You retain ownership of the materials you submit (“Your Content”).
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content — including sending it to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) — solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
• You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

05Outputs

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, you may use the Outputs for your business and personal purposes. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for others; you are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or publishing them. We make no guarantee that Outputs are unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (b) submit content you lack rights to; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; (d) resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted; or (e) attempt to circumvent usage limits or security.

07Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

08Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google Cloud, Firebase, Stripe, OpenAI). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

09Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13Governing Law
