This Privacy Policy explains how StaxHubs (“StaxHubs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

01Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account information — your name and email address (authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication).
Brand materials you submit — text you paste, files you upload, and URLs you enter so we can analyze and generate your brand assets. You choose what to share with us; we do not crawl or scrape third-party platforms on our own.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Communications — messages you send us (e.g. to hello.stax.hq@gmail.com).

Information collected automatically

Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and similar product-analytics data, used to understand and improve the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies — for sign-in sessions, preferences, and analytics.

02How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating your brand spec, content, and related outputs.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
To improve the Service, including model and product quality.
To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

03AI Processing and Third-Party Model Providers

To generate your brand analysis and content, the material you submit is sent to third-party AI model providers (currently OpenAI) via their API for processing. Your use of these outputs is also subject to those providers' terms and data-handling practices. We send only what is needed to produce your results.

04How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run the Service — e.g. Google Cloud Platform (hosting/storage), Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), and product-analytics providers.
Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

05Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

06Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including the security features of GCP, Firebase, and Stripe) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 08Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

09International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
